  • Numerical Weather Prediction project, DST, GOI – Research Associate, Dept. of Physics, I.I.T. Kanpur (Aug 1989 – Jul 1990). Designed and implemented prediction tools for weather parameters based on historical data.
  • Computer Recognition of Hand-printed Devnagri Text, DOE, GOI – Project Associate, Dept. of CSE, I.I.T. Kanpur (Feb 1992 – May 1992). Developed techniques using Freeman's encoding and elastic matching for dictionary-based character recognition.
