The Student Alumni Interaction Cell (SAIC) serves as a liaison between the alumni and the students. Currently involved in a multitude of ventures to boost student engagement and strengthen alumni relationships, we work vigorously to provide the alumni-in-making with a glimpse of what may lie ahead in their professional lives.
All of us need guidance every now and then to stay on the right path. This is where a mentor plays his/her role. A mentor is an experienced and trusted advisor. Mentoring is a relationship between two people with the goal of professional and personal development.
This being said, SAIC proudly informs about our Mentorship Program led by Mr. Hardeep Brar, the Director for Marketing and Sales for India Operations of the Global Automotive Company GWM, and Mr. Anirudh Kaul. We have garnered over a hundred mentors for the same. In this program, we pair every Alumnus with a student for about three months with regular meetings in which the mentor assists in resolving the mentee’s concerns while also providing a detailed roadmap per their future goals. The goal of the Mentorship Program is to help develop key talent through career development, education and learning, and boosting engagement.
